The Original
7
An island-length private route celebrating Cuba’s earliest founding towns—two weeks from Havana through central colonial gems to Santiago and Baracoa, with casas, your own vehicle and guide, and included experience sets where noted in your PDF.
Havana
Cuba’s vibrant capital is a living museum where vintage cars roll past pastel-colored colonial buildings. Travelers are drawn to its electric energy, legendary nightlife, and the historic charm of Old Havana.
Viñales
Famous for its dramatic limestone hills called mogotes and lush tobacco fields, this valley offers some of Cuba's most iconic landscapes. Travelers come here to horseback ride through the countryside and learn the secrets of rolling authentic Cuban cigars.
Bay of Pigs
Beyond its famous Cold War history, this area is a dream destination for divers and world-class birdwatchers due to its incredible biodiversity. Nature enthusiasts flock here to spot the Bee Hummingbird (the world's smallest bird) and other rare species in the massive Zapata Swamp.
Cienfuegos
Known as the "Pearl of the South," this city charms visitors with its elegant French-influenced architecture and stunning bayside setting. Its relaxed vibe and beautiful botanical garden make it a highly cultured yet laid-back stop.
Trinidad
This UNESCO World Heritage site is a perfectly preserved Spanish colonial town complete with cobblestone streets and brightly colored mansions. It offers the perfect mix of historical exploration, lively salsa music, and easy access to both the mountains and the beach.
Sancti Spíritus
One of Cuba's oldest European settlements, this town offers a much more authentic, less-touristy alternative to neighboring Trinidad. Visitors love its colorful colonial center and the iconic Yayabo Bridge, one of the oldest in the country.
Camagüey
Famous for its labyrinthine streets and thriving art scene, this province also offers access to the Sierra de Najasa, a premier destination for birding enthusiasts. Travelers will love getting lost in the city's historic plazas and heading out to the reserve to spot rare species like the Giant Kingbird.
Bayamo
As the birthplace of Cuban nationality and the national anthem, this city is steeped in patriotic history. Travelers enjoy its pedestrian-friendly streets, horse-drawn carriage tours, and vibrant Saturday night street parties.
Santiago de Cuba
Known as the cradle of Cuban music and the revolution, this passionate city bursts with Afro-Cuban culture and history. Its lively festivals, historic castles, and incredible live music venues make it an unforgettable cultural hub.
Baracoa
Cuba's oldest colonial city is a remote, magical enclave surrounded by lush rainforests and cocoa plantations. Famous for its unique local cuisine and the iconic flat-topped mountain El Yunque, it is the ultimate destination for adventurous travelers.

Pricing & Inclusions
Rates below match Cuba 360’s published casa/B&B tiers for The Original 7. Hotel upgrades, single rooms, and parties over 12 guests are quoted on request. Flights within Cuba are included as booked on your package. How this itinerary is organized The “Original 7” follows a classic Cuba 360 arc from Havana to Baracoa—Havana and Viñales, the south coast, Trinidad and the sugar valley, then Sancti Spíritus, Camagüey, Bayamo, Santiago de Cuba, and Baracoa’s cocoa country. Day 5 and Day 14 match the included optional sets in your PDF. Internal flights are subject to airline schedules; your confirmation spells out the Baracoa–Havana segment.
Pricing & inclusions
From $1,790 / person from (9–12 guests, double occ.; see tiers) — larger parties save; see table for all tiers.

|---|---|---|

Room counts in the table pair travelers in shared double or twin rooms when possible. Anyone who occupies a room alone pays the single-room supplement once for the entire trip—for example, five guests in three rooms usually means two shared rooms plus one single, so one supplement applies for that guest for the whole tour, not nightly.
