Your privacy

Privacy policy

This policy describes how Cuba 360 Tours (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website, contact us, join our newsletter, or make a reservation.

Last updated: September 2026. We may update this page from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with a revised date.

Who we are

Cuba 360 Tours operates cuba360tours.com and related booking and inquiry services for travel to Cuba. For privacy questions, contact us at info@cuba360tours.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide and limited technical data needed to run the site securely.

  • Contact and inquiry forms: name, email, phone, message content, and trip preferences you submit
  • Bookings: traveler names, dates of birth, passport details if you provide them, rooming, flight notes, emergency contacts, and payment-related records managed through our reservation process
  • Newsletter: email address and optional locale/source tags
  • My booking lookups: confirmation code and lead-traveler email to display your reservation
  • Automatic data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies required for security and basic site function. When analytics is allowed, we also record visit patterns (pages viewed, referrer, country, device, language) through Google Analytics 4 — we do not send names, emails, or reservation codes as events

How we use your information

We use personal information to operate our business and deliver the services you request—not to sell your data to unrelated marketers.

  • Respond to inquiries and design itineraries
  • Confirm reservations, send trip documentation, and provide guest support
  • Send newsletter messages when you opt in (you may unsubscribe at any time)
  • Improve site performance, prevent fraud, and meet legal or compliance obligations for Cuba travel
  • Maintain internal records for accounting, disputes, and regulatory documentation where applicable

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with parties that help us deliver your trip or operate the website, under appropriate confidentiality expectations.

  • Cuban ground partners (guides, casas, transport) receive the traveler details needed for your itinerary
  • Email and hosting providers that transmit confirmations and store site infrastructure
  • Google Analytics 4, which receives traffic and conversion data (pages, referrers, country, device, and events) when analytics is allowed. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy
  • Payment processors if and when online payments are enabled (card data is handled by the processor, not stored on our servers)
  • Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and fraud prevention

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for admin authentication, session security, language preference, and remembering cookie consent. Visitors connecting from the European Union and other European countries see a consent banner before optional cookies are used; you can accept all cookies or essential cookies only, and we store that choice so we do not ask again. Visitors from countries that do not require this prompt—including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Australia—will not see the banner. In that case we store a local record (treated as full consent) so we do not need to detect your location on later visits.

When optional analytics are allowed, we use Google Analytics 4. The script loads only after you accept all cookies in countries that require this prompt, or automatically where that prompt is not required. Choosing essential cookies only means we do not load this script. We configure Google Analytics not to use advertising signals or ad personalization from our site. We do not send names, emails, confirmation codes, or other personal identifiers as analytics events. Google may still process technical data (such as IP address, device, and browser information) according to Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

Disabling cookies may affect some features (for example, staying signed in to the admin area or keeping your language preference).

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards—access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and least-privilege access for staff tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please use strong passwords for any account we provide and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and to object to marketing.

To exercise these rights, email us at the address above with enough detail for us to verify your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any newsletter message.

Children

Our services are directed at adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental involvement. Contact us if you believe we have received a child’s data in error.

International visitors

We are based in the United States and serve travelers worldwide. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, under protections described in this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as our practices or legal requirements evolve. The “Last updated” note at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for information collected going forward.
